What does DriverSheet actually do?
DriverSheet replaces the end-of-day admin loop in a last-mile delivery operation. Drivers send their usual screenshot to WhatsApp, DriverSheet reads it, applies the correct per-parcel rate for that depot or route, and saves a structured report with the image attached as evidence. You get a live dashboard, missing-report alerts, and a period report you can export to payroll.
Do my drivers need to install an app?
No. That is the point. Your drivers keep using the same WhatsApp number and the same habit they already have. They can submit, confirm, edit or cancel a report entirely in chat, and ask how much they have earned this period. There is nothing to install and nothing to train.
Which carriers does it work with?
DriverSheet is used by subcontractors delivering for Evri, Amazon DSP, DPD and Yodel. Because it reads the screenshot your driver already sends, it does not need an integration with the carrier's system. DriverSheet is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of those carriers.
How does it calculate driver pay?
Parcel work and day-rate work are kept apart. For parcel work, each region has a default per-parcel rate and each route can carry its own special rate; DriverSheet applies the right one to the counts in the report and totals earnings per report, per day, per driver, per drop and per payment period. Day Rate work is paid by the day and stays in its own bucket, so it never inflates a per-parcel total. Payment timing follows the schedule for each, and a single day-rate earning can be given its own payment date when a week is settled differently.
Can it handle different rates for different routes?
Yes. Set a default rate for the region, then override it for individual routes where you pay differently. The rate that was applied is stored on the report itself, so a change today never quietly rewrites what a driver was already paid last period.
What happens when a driver covers someone else's round?
Cover is a first-class concept. A replacement cover puts the covering driver on that route for that date only, and the report stays attached to the right route. Additional work is kept separate, so temporary extra drops never overwrite a permanent assignment. Both expire with the service date.
Is my data secure and where is it stored?
Access is scoped to your company with row-level security, so one operator can never see another's data. Screenshots are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links. WhatsApp messages are retained for 180 days by default. DriverSheet is built and operated in the UK, aligned with UK GDPR expectations.
How much does it cost, and how do I join the beta?
Pricing is being set with our beta operators, so it reflects real operations rather than a guess. During the closed beta there is no cost and no commitment.
