Delete your account
Request deletion of your DriverSheet Driver (com.driversheet.driver) or DriverSheet Manager (com.driversheet.manager) account and its associated data.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account, complete the short form below. It opens a pre-filled email to our team from your own mail app — no data is deleted automatically when you submit it. We verify each request before actioning it, so that no one can delete an account they do not own.
You can also email us directly at contact@driversheet.com. Include the email address, registered phone number or driver ID associated with the account, together with the name of the business that manages it and which app you use. Never send us your password, driver access code or one-time passcode.
What happens next
- We confirm the request comes from the account holder.
- We delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within 30 days of verifying the request, except for the limited information described below.
- We confirm by email once your request has been completed.
What is deleted
When your deletion request is actioned, we delete or anonymise:
- your account and sign-in credentials (email/password or driver access code);
- your profile details, including name, phone number and preferences;
- For drivers: payment details held on the active profile, and personal data in delivery reports and report items, except where particular report or payment records must be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Where retention is required, we remove or minimise personal identifiers where reasonably possible.
- uploaded day-summary screenshots and, where applicable, uploaded logos;
- the figures extracted from your screenshots.
If you are a driver whose account is managed by a business on DriverSheet, that business is the controller of your work data; we will also let you know if your request needs to be directed to them.
What may be retained, and for how long
We may retain limited information where we are legally required or permitted to, or where it is necessary to complete existing obligations:
- Invoices and financial records — generally retained for six years after the end of the relevant accounting period, or longer where required by law.
- Fraud-prevention and security records — retained for as long as necessary to prevent and investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents.
- Contractual and dispute records — retained where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims until those matters are resolved.
Where information must be retained, we keep only what is necessary and protect it in line with our Privacy Policy.
